RE: "The Democrats leave better table scraps than the Republicans. Heither party is inviting me to the table."

That has got to be the most perceptive observation of the 21st Century. Ronald Regan was a master at describing that table, but I never got an invitation to dine there and I have been a life-long member of his Party.

Bill Clinton also gave a mouth-watering description of his table but hedged on the invitation. He did ensure that some perishable scraps fell off the table. They had a short shelf life for me.

George W. seemed unaware that there was a table. Guess he was never invited either but he was allowed to approve the invitations and dine in the alley outside the Party Table.

Barack Obama laid out a different table and he did invite some of my neighbors, but I did not have proper attire so I was passed over.

Donald Trump said "F**k the table, we can all dine on the scraps." So now I am feasting on the delicious scraps of my Social Security and my Defined Benefit Pension. I may eventually eat into my IRA leftovers, but that invitation was issued with a dated RSVP. I either had to use the invitation by x-date or lose most of it to taxes or service charges. So now I must choose between Biden's Food Pantry or Trump's Dumpster for my next meal. Given that choice, I will probably accept Biden's invitation. For as you say, "The Democrats leave better table scraps than the Republicans.
