Residents of the Global Village have retained all of the Rights they accrued while living in the Industrial Park. These include the Right to Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness.

However, the Global Village assumes no obligation to fund these Rights through taxation or any other method of fund raising. For example, all residents have the Right to pursue an education using any means available to them. However, the GV Administration has no obligation to provide educational facilities or opportunities for residents regardless of age or ability. These are provided by the philanthropic efforts of the residents. The same is true for medical facilities and health care professionals. Every resident has the right to access health care but the GV Administration has no obligation to provide the facilities or staff them.

The Primary Obligations of the GV Administration include:

  • Build and maintain infrastructure including highways, railroads, bridges, reservoirs, waste treatment plants, power plants and the grid
  • Ensure the safety, security, and technical integrity of the internet
  • Enforce legal agreements made between and among residents of the Global Village
  • Collect and disperse financial and demographic information to all residents
  • Valuate the Knowledge Capital of all residents to ensure rate structures are current and consistent across the global community

Changes or additions to these Obligations require unanimous approval of all residents. Only the GV Administration has the authority to prepare and broadcast requests for changes or additions.

There is no Supreme Court in the Global Village. Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement may be presented to LegalMation for resolution.

LegalMation leverages the power of artificial intelligence to transform litigation

Supporting data for both sides are digitized and presented using the Global Village Secure Information Exchange. The precedents and decisions from all similar disputes are also reviewed by the LegalMation application. A final decision, based on assessment of all available information, is rendered within 24 hours of case presentation. Any decision rendered is final. There are no appeals.
